Daniel Kahneman: The riddle of the experience vs. memory: An interesting lecture, and can, in some ways, apply to the Facebook time-line experience.. an example of the remembering self; I'm my memories of select moments of time, programmed into a time-line of memories, and then experienced over, in multiple, by other instances of individuals that experience and remember moments in time... Am I really who you think I am??? I know your, 'FarmVille' and 'CityVille' - and running on the same engine that drives them, most of the time, don't I? ... game of football anybody? How happy does your experience of my time-line make you, and vice versa? Is there a correlation between my memories of happiness, and your happiness/unhappiness. With happiness being more relative to memories and previous experiences; therefore, can experience just be programmed? Does money bring happiness? - and more... Is it that, in most respects, we're just looking at another example of Plato's Theory: The allegory of the cave?
